Science: Physics
Course overview and specification
Students will study six modules that are examined at the end of the two-year course of the A level. Throughout the course there is ample opportunity to explore the world of physics through practical activities and interactive lessons. Students will develop their physics and maths skills throughout the course. Examples of topics that will be covered during the course are: Motion; Work, Energy & Power; Quantum Physics; Astrophysics & Cosmology; Electromagnetism & Medical Imaging.
